What are your hours of operation?

Our regular hours of operation are from 9am - 5pm Mon-Sun, from April through Christmas Eve. 

Do you accept debit and credit cards? 

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

Do you deliver or ship? 

We are not set up for delivering or shipping pies, but we do ship our jams, jellies, and syrups.  

What is the best way to freeze a pie?

Wrap the pie in plastic. Replace it in the pie box and freeze. We do not recommend freezing meringues and cream pies.

How do you heat up a frozen pie?  

We recommend that you do not defrost the fruit pie ahead of time. Remove the frozen pie from the box and discard the plastic wrap.  Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 350-375°F for 40-50 minutes.  

Pumpkin pies should be defrosted at room temperature and may be warmed before serving. 



How long will the pies keep in the freezer?  

In a freezer that is 0°F or below, the pies may be kept up to 8 months. 

How long do the pies keep? 

Fruit pies are best stored in the refrigerator and eaten within 4 - 5 days of purchase.  Cream pies must be refrigerated and are best eaten within 3 - 4 days of purchase.  Meringue pies must be refrigerated and are best eaten within 3 - 4 days of purchase.

What size are your pies?  

We make 9-inch pies, and they serve between 6 - 8 people. 

What’s the difference between jam and jelly?

Jam is made with pieces of fruit and sugar. Jelly is made with fruit juice, sugar and pectin.

What are the dimensions of your cream pie packaging?

Fresh Fruit Cream packaging:  10 ½˝ x 10 ½˝ x 4 ½˝ 
Cooked Fruit Cream packaging:  10 ½˝ x 10 ½˝ x 3˝ 
Chocolate Cream packaging:  10 ½˝ x 10 ½˝ x 3 ½˝
